I have lived in Otranto Acres for more than 3 years and have been very happy that I moved here from a $1500/month apartment in West Ashley. This is a quiet community, have great neighbors on both sides and especially like the fact that it is a gated community with the gate closing at 6pm and opening at 6am every day, all mobile homes are owner occupied and well kept, clean and landscaped by the owner who has 2 maintenance people who are always around. The few children are monitored and well behaved.

I've lived here almost 6 years and I'm very pleased. It is a gated Mobile Home Community that is well kept. Bob Peebles is the owner and he takes pride in his property. It's a quiet, serene place to call home. Rose N.

I have lived in Otranto Acres for over 5 years and could not be more satisfied , it is a well maintained community with a gate for added security . The neighbors and people in general are really nice and the children who also live here you would not know are here most of the time , it in my opinion is a great place to live . Mark Morris

A nice, quiet, beautiful gated community close to all the places I want to be but far enough away to be serene

Otranto Acres mobile-home site has been my ideal "home-site." I have lived here, for about 2 years. This gated community is quiet and peaceful. We have neighbors who will greet, as a friendly gesture. Since I moved here, Mr. Bob Peebles (management) has ensured this mobile park is maintained to its highest standards. Mr. Peebles is a considerate person and has promptly solved any particular concerns, I may have brought to his attention. Lastly, I give where I live, a thumbs up.

I like living at Otranto Acres because it is a nice place to relax after a busy day. It is peaceful, pretty, and I love being only 5 miles from work!

Beautiful quiet gated community that sets back from the main road. The owner keeps the grounds immaculate. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place for their mobile home. On a scale to one to five this place is a ten!

The neighborhood is quiet and very park like. Good location, close to hospital and mall, on a bus line as well.

This is the most well kept, secure,and beautiful mobile home park in north Charleston. The owner and the residents work very hard to keep it that way. The quiet days, peaceful nights and well kept homes and lots is a sign of the respect that everyone has for eachother here. I have lived here for many years and I am very blessed to have found such a jewel among all the other mobile home parks in the surounding area. The owner helps everone that is in need of help with any repairs or maintenance that is neede to thier home. He is always available and always willing to lend a helping hand so that all the residents have a beautiful,peaceful safe and secure place to live. This is truely the best mobile home park in the area,,but don't take my word for it,, come and see for yourself and you would love to live here also.
