We have the Silver Advantage Plan , with MYERS HEATING & AIR.....We also had a Meyers Technician out here the first part of June ..He replaced apart & said we were good to go after replacing part.. Our air completely stopped working last night... We are elderly & both of us have health issues & we require the air conditioning... We tried explaining to the receptionist At Myers this am. We explained it was very important for us to have the air working , because of ur health conditions...She let us Know that we would not be able to get a technician out here until Friday... We explained about paying all that money for the Silver plan so we could be assured air... That did not seem to matter one bit.. She told us if someone cancels she will send the tech to us.Now who is gonna cancel a tech coming out to fix their air in this SC humidity & heat??? NOBODY,that is who.. It is a well known fact fact that A/C business' go out on service calls after the office has closed, especially if it is health related ..
