Wish they had installed our HVAC 7 years ago when house was built. And wish we had been using them for maintenance. Much better and more thorough then previous heating and air. Highly recommend. Called Thursday with a problem and showed up next day. Part is on hand, coming back in 2 business days.

The installation staff arrived at the appointed time, were very thorough with protecting my wood floors & carpet and were able to complete the installation in just 5 1/2 hours! They are a great bunch of guys - i enjoyed interacting with them during the install. My hats off to M&B and my thanks to the installation team: Eric, Tommy & Mat.

I bought new units. The office called to remind me of my follow up six month service. Jacob the technician was very curteous, knew his craft, and thoroughly checked my units and gave me a full report. He even took off his shoes each time he came in the house. He was masked up. I highly recommend M&B.

My service tech was Joe, he was on time for our appointment. Dressed and spoke professionally, Joe was even fine with me watching while he did his work and answered all my curious questions with respect. M&B is the only heating and air company we will use. Thanks for being the best.

For the first couple of nights after your installers were finished at my house, I would lie awake listening to hear the air handler start. The old air handler would waken me every time it started. Even my guests would comment that it bothered them. I don't hear anything now! The quietness and even flow of cool air is something I am quickly getting used to. If I had known there would have been so much difference, I would have had the changes done long ago.

It is not often that a company still believes in great customer service. This locally owned business does just that. I recently had an issue with my heating system and called Myatt & Bates to come see why my unit was not working. The technician Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue and was not pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just a pleasure working with an efficient group of people. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local company.

Myatt & Bates was recommended to us by a friend 2 weeks ago when our heat went out, and I have to tell you, it was a Saturday night when we called and we did not expect to have such a fast turn around! The technician called us back within 10 minutes of our calling, came right out and even had the part to fix the problem on his truck! He was neat and professional and also very informative! We signed up for their maintenance program and received 10% on our repairs AND they waived the trip fee! We will definitely be using them on our rental properties! I have been using Myatt and Bates HVAC for over 8 years. They have changed out my personal HVAC equipment as well as serviced my rentals units during that time. I find them efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. I like knowing I am dealing with a professional heating and air company and that I can depend on to be around for years to come. Kenny Bates came to my house and gave me several options to fit my budget when my unit was replaced and the service guys always take good care of my tenants needs in a timely fashion. Great company.

From the very first conversation I had with Kenny Bates about our new home construction and what we needed to today's service call, every interaction with Myatt Bates has been a positive one. I worked alongside their guys installing our unit back in 2003 and they were professional, kept a clean job site, and showed up exactly when they were supposed to be there to get the job done.



We had an issue several months later with part that failed under warranty. Not only did they come out that very day to diagnose the problem, they turned on the emergency heat (it was very unseasonably cold) so that when I got home it would be warm. The new part was delivered within days and installed with no fuss.



I recently had a cooling failure (in the hottest month, it seems) and they sent a technician out the same day I called, within hours. He had the part with him and got me up and cooling before the afternoon was done.



I recommend this company to my friends and family members not only for their professionalism and speedy service, but also the genuine concern they show for the well-being of their clients. .

What a POSITIVE experience! I am an elderly man whose air conditioner went kaput at 2:00 in the afternoon. They had me back up and cooling before my wife had supper on the table! Now if I could just find a blanket.. Would definitely recommend these folks!

I have used Myatt & Bates Heating and Air for several years. They recently installed a new Lennox system in my home and did an awesome job! Their office staff provided excellent service and their installers were extremely polite and professional - I would highly recommend them for service and installation!

This company did not follow up after installation. Hard to deal with and pitiful service. I will never use then again!

I am so sick that I had the displeasure of doing business with this unprofessional group of rude individuals. After installing a new blower 2 weeks before we closed on our home, my ac was still not cooling 2 weeks after we moved in. I called to voice my concern, and was told they could send someone right out. I assumed it would be part of the original service contract, and was not told I would be charged an outrageous $95 for the call. When the technician presented me with the bill, I asked for the owner to call me to discuss the situation. 5 calls later, I left messages and was ignored. I received no calls or correspondence until 3 months later, when I had been turned over to a collection agency. 1-they should have explained the fee, and presented me with a service contract before the call. 2-they should have called or mailed me, the collection agency had no problem getting me on the phone, or mailing me 3-they should stand behind their work 4-they should be courteous and professional enough to return calls from customers. Ask around, I wish I had-Bates negative reputation is widely known. By the way, they are NOT certified with the BBB, and are NOT affiliated with MYATT Heating and Air.
