She knows what she is doing. Fussy to the detail, a perfectionist, and a professional. May not be so marketing oriented but best you can find. If she cannot keep her word intiming, probably because she will not finish any work less than perfect, i do have a tolerance for that, well done Maria, i will keep coming over and over again. Thank you

Rude and nasty. Dress was not ready as promised. Would not take credit card or debit card. Guess they don't want the government to know how much they make each year. Customer service needs to be taught to some people! Just plain rude! Gave one star because I had to pick at least one star. -1 star. Jerks times two.

Two words. Rude and Unprofessional.

I came to pickup my dress an hour after the time they said it would be ready only to find that my dress had not even been touched and that I had to wait for them to do it in 20mins. Even though I left my dress there for 4 days, the alteration only took 20mins. The dress fits well but it was Maria's attitude that took the cake. She didnt even apologize for not having my dress ready and blamed it on other people not picking up their clothes on time even though I made it clear when I dropped it off that I needed the dress ASAP. She had a major attitude when I politely brought to her attention that it was an inconvenience. Only use this tailor if you like receiving attitude and don't mind your clothes not being finished on time.

great work. friendly. maria does a wonderful job and has things ready when promised.
