The WORST dry cleaner in Charleston. I will NEVER take clothes to ANY of their locations. When we went to pick up our clothes they couldn't locate everything. A suit and cocktail dress were missing that were needed for a wedding that weekend. The clothes were promised to be ready on Wednesday after 5:00. We went to pick up the clothes on Friday afternoon. An explanation could not be provided for where our clothes were and when I called back on Friday and subsequently went to pick up the clothes on Tuesday of the following week I got the run around. To make matters worse the cocktail dress which had a wine stain looked NO different than when I dropped it off. Also, they would not return the clothes until I paid FULL price. The clothes that they lost that weren't on time and still contained a stain cost me the FULL price that might I add was RIDICULOUS.



Lastly, their website it NOT updated. Their store hours are incorrect for the James Island location. The store closes at 6:30 although the website says 7:00. When I arrived at 6:30 I was told they wouldn't take my clothes because their paperwork was already completed. I should have known then this process would be a total DISASTER.
