I walked in the door an the girl who did my taxes looked at me like I did something to her in the past or something. I said "I came to get my taxes done" an she NEVER uttered a word she just turned around an walked to the back office. I didn't know if I was suppose to follow her or wait for her to come back. So I went into the office where she was an she still didn't say anything or even acknowledged that I was there. Now correct me if I'm wrong but most businesses are happy to see new costumers but I guess a new costumer to them is a inconvenience! It's a family owned business so I don't expect the guy to fire his daughter but getting her some costumer service training wouldn't be a bad idea. I'd go somewhere else if you all was thinking about going there, I know I'll never set foot in there again!
