Drug smell at night in our unit coming from other units. Nothing was done about it. I ended up having to go to the doctor because of it. corporate has not responded after several attempts.

I lived here for almost two years, and it was different. Mr. Terry, Mr. Duke, Ms Mary..they all provided excellent service. Security was great for the location and any problems that I ever had, were taken care of promptly. I would greatly recommend that before you pay for an over rated hotel room in the Charleston area, check with them first.

I've been in this place for ab...

I've been in this place for about a month now. I already moved from a different extended stay. On day 1 I told the manager I had a problem with my kitchen sink. The next day he sent over the maintenance guy to "fix it". His fix included replacing the metal "P" trap with a flexible plastic one. One problem, they replaced it with one about a 1/4 too big. This was nearly a month ago. If the water is on more than a trickle it leaks under the sink. Among other things, the knob on the a/c is broken. Their fix was to put scotch tape on it. Internet speed is slower than dialup. Seriously, it takes almost two minutes to load yahoo mail. Sometimes no hot water in the morning. The maid spends about 2 minutes per room once a week. This last time she didn't even replace the sheets. Instead, she just put the new sheets on the bed without even making it. I'm pretty sure she didn't vacuum either. And to think this is the upgraded room. Seriously, I pay an $30 a week. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. If I weren't about to move into my new house in a couple weeks I'd move.
