I cannot say enough about Joe Schryver, the main Physical Therapist. His credentials are outstanding as is his "bedside manner." He cares about every aspect of his patients. When one has his expertise for the full hour, there is none better. When the hour is split with assistance from the interns, the treatment begins to falter. They are extremely pleasant, but they are no where as invested in the patients as Joe is. One of them could never remember if it were my right or left arm. There is simply too much turnover. The facility was amazing. At first, I was taken aback at its small size and minimal equipment. But it is more than satisfactory. I also appreciated the strong coordination between Joe and my Doctor down the hall. The only weakness, besides the revolving door of interns, was confusion as to what I should be charged. Too many times, there were mistakes in the book keeping. Part of this problem stemmed from differences when the hour was split between Joe's expertise and that of the interns. I'm still not positive I was ultimately charged correctly. Bottom Line: I loved going there. My shoulder improved. Joe is TERRIFIC. I have to question the interns in both their training and accounting skills.
