i had been taking my 2 year old son to them every 3 - 6 months to get a trim, which ALWAYS cost me $9 because it was just a trim, until today. I called to make an appointment for my son's hair to be trimmed before Easter, mentioned that to the person taking the appointment (who happened to be the owner). The owner proceeded to yell at me, call me a liar, cuss me out and demanded to see the receipts of our previous visits to them, showing that they gave my son only a trim and that it only cost $9. She refused us their business until i showed her my receipts, I even offered to fax the receipts over to her. That wasn't good enough, she wanted me to come in and show her the receipts in person. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend them to anyone! They DON'T care about their customers, even their loyal customers who have continued to bring them their business + the business of their friends + relatives! If you're looking to be mistreated, go to them but if you're looking for a business that'll treat you like family + continue to do so with every visit you make to them, I suggest you find some other place because Hair Bears is most certainly not that kind of place!
