same thing here! AVOID this chump! He takes your money and never shows up, he is a fraud. Please be sure to look elsewhere for this service. Don't let this guy take advantage of you and take your money.

After quoting us almost $1000 in new duct work, we had a second opinion. Work was not needed and we canceled service. They agreed to refund the deposit. However, never did, refuse to take our calls. Horrible way to treat long term customers. Now that we have checked Better Business Bureau and County Court. We see a LONG line of complaints and small claims cases against Bob Whittemore and his company in the past few years. Apparently scamming extra work when not needed. Stay away.

Do your research before calling one of the gazillion numbers for this company !!! Once in business with them, they won't hold their end of the deal. Rarely return any calls, never show up when they are supposed to, took them two weeks after the service date on the invoice to even start work (in the meantime nobody bothered to call and tell us what they are doing and why the delay). Already took half of the money but haven't done almost anything for it and can't get ahold of them either. Epic ripoff!

This place only got 1 star because you have to give at least one star. I would give them ZERO stars if I could! This was the worst company ever.... If you need Hvac work done go with a reputable company, this company is a joke! Their name should be last choice!!

This was the worst HVAC service I have ever recieved. I had an air conditioning unit installed by First Choice and it did not work for even 6 months before I started having issues with it. Now i have been waiting for 6 months to have my air conditioning unit fixed. It took them nearly 4 months before they attempted to fix it ( not only do i not have ac but i didnt have heat in the winter time) Finally it was deemed unfixable and needed to be replaced 2 months ago. I have since been waiting for a new unit and have received excuses after excuses as to why First Chioce could not get to me. Honestly if i could have given this company no stars I would have. It is a joke that they call themselves First Choice... try again... Last Choice.

1st Choice HVAC Services is an awesome company! The prices are right and I love that the techs are professional and on time. My AC went out and they came out that same day to repair it. Most companies wanted too much to even diagnose the problem, but not them. Would definitely use them again.

This company is our 1st and only choice for HVAC services.

Our air conditioning broke last Friday at 530 in the morning. I called and the owner answered and was at my house by 930am. Our new air conditioner was installed by 1100am. It was so nice to have someone that cared so much about keeping our home cool with a small child and pets. Thanks so much!!!

On Sept the 6th, my central unit went out. I have a senior living in my home, and it was after hours, so I googled for local services. The 1st Choice add came up, and they were close by, and offered 24 hour service. My call was answered right away by the owners wife, and within 30 minutes, they were here. It was a simple problem, and they had it up and running quickly. The cost was less than I had thought, so we were relieved. Mr. Whittemore was very pleasant, and answered all my questions. I have signed a service contract with 1rst Choice, and they will make sure I dont have any more problems. I would reccommend them highly. They were prompt, and affordable, and friendly. I am pleased, as is my family.
