I took 3 watches into Derrell's Jewerlry on 3/9/2017. TAG that had not worked in 5 yrs, Seiko with a face that become crooked from a bad hit while sailing across the Gulf Stream and a Movado 800 Diver with a battery issue. TAG had water intrusion. Next day I got a call all were working. $135 for all three. When I asked several friends, who should I take them too , I was told Derrell's. Could not be happier as I was ready to buy a new Seiko at $300. Derrell rocks he is your go to.for watch repair!

I highly recommend!! I had 2 watches that I brought to another watch company to change the battery and was told that I needed to replace the circuit board in both and the est. to fix would be about $575. I decided to try Derrells and I'm very glad I did. It turned out that they both only needed a battery at $30 each. The watches are running just fine several months later.

I was supposed to have a watch cleaned, and band replaced. Dropped off in September, to be ready by December. Never got a phone call. I had to call 5 times, drop in 3 times before I finally get my watch back, with no band. He took until February -- and then I the prices changed upwards, and charged extra for the band! He then begins screaming when I call him on it.



Highly dishonest business man, who care very little about helping and keeping his customers.



Terribly unreliable, with very slow service, with no regard to client needs or deadlines. Absolutely the worst business I have EVER dealt with.



I filed a BBB claim against him, it was that bad. Avoid at all costs.
