I have used this florist numerous times for all occasions and have always been very satisfied. I recommend them very highly

My deployed husband wanted to send me flowers for my birthday so he used Creative Florals. They emailed him to let him know that the flowers that he ordered were not opened and when they did not get a response from him (because he was on a mission and could not respond) they just did not send the order. When he called me that night to say happy birthday he was very upset to find out that they did not fill the order (but they sure charged us for it!) I spoke to the owner on the phone and she was not apologetic, offered nothing to compensate us for the delay, and tried to imply that it was my husband's fault for not responding to the email. When you run a business it is stupid to not fill an order simply becuase you didn't get a response to an email, not everyone has access to email all the time. The card said "I miss you" which should imply that he was away and that it may not be easy to contact him. I was very upset by the quality and customer service-we will go elsewhere next time
