Amanda stole money from her clients and her employees fleeing the area and leaving over 10 employees with no way of getting a hold of her and owing all of them over $800 dollars. Awful company and awful person to work for and with. I apologize to anyone she has worked with and hope she feels very guilty about doing so.

I think this is by far the best experience that I have had with an assited living/in home care company. I did lots fo calling around to find someone to take care of my father and ultimately decided to hire Compassionate Caregivers of Charleston. They came and did a very thorough consultation to learn everything about my father and make sure that everything we expected would be provided by their trained staff. Compassionate Caregivers have been taking care of my father now for a few weeks and I honestly could not say better things about this company. The staff are always on time, very responsive to my fathers needs and I never have to worry about him when they are there because I know he is getting top notch care.Their name fits them perfectly!!! I know it is not easytrustin gothers and leaving the well being of the ones you love, in the hands of someone else, but I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for help taking care of a family member. This company is run by Amanda Hicks she does an amazing job with her clients, company and employees. I have spoke with many of her clients and they are very pleased with her company. She has a 24 hour emergency line for all clients and offers many different options to suit everyone's needs. All her employees are very well trained and always smiling you can definitely tell they love what they do. I highly recommend this company and believe you will not be dissatisfied with the care they provide.
