Provided by YP.comDr. William Carroll...excellent orthopedic surgeon. Restored a torn rotator cuff
tendon with a large tear, which other doctors did not believe could be repaired.
The operation was very successful and the physical therapy returned my ability
to use my arm.....I strongly recommend Dr. Carroll.
