The lady at the front desk is nice, the service was fast, cleaned my dress well. However, I am very disappointed, and I will never be going backs again. I brought in my wedding dress to be dry cleaned. They cleaned it very well, how ever the beading came back messed up! It was only a small part of the dress at the top that was beaded. There were spots were there was supposed to be beading that had string just dangling. There are blotches here and there of missing beads. They would do absolutely nothing about it! For paying that much to get it dry cleaned- I expect it to be well taken care of. I was told it might be cheap to go have someone bead it for me. I should not have to worry about that! Now, the beading will never be the same.
