Since moving to Chapin, we have used Taylor's for all of our automotive service and repairs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced, even with European cars. They value customer service, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Don't find many that follow up to make sure everything is in order, showing how highly they value their customers We highly recommend Taylor's!!

I have been using Taylor's Automotive since 2009. They have worked on 5 of my cars, everything from Chevy's, to Fords, to Chryslers, to Infiniti's and have always going above and beyond what is required of an auto service garage. When money was short, they worked with me. When I just wanted advice, they gave it. When I wanted tires, they beat the big box stores. Are they the cheapest? No, but fair. The owner promised my sister money for her broken car that he diagnosed, in his words, "I just turned the key and heard the knocking and I knew it was dead." Confirmed the price he would give for her car of of $1000 twice and went to take him the title and he decided he could only give us $300. NO PROFESSIONAL CURTISY OR CUTOMER SERVICE!
