TERRIBLE experience and the customer service is even worse. I've never written a bad review in my life, but this place is awful. Took a BRAND NEW dress to get hemmed and it came back with a rip, greasy fingerprints, and wrinkly! He would only refund half of my money - they were overpriced to begin with - even though the dress is so much worse now than when I took it in. He told me everything was my fault and I couldn't prove that they did any of it. I had never taken it out of the bag before I took it to this place except to try it on once. I will NEVER go back.
