Horrible, if you can take your electronics somewhere where they care about the customer and not make excuses.

I have been dealing with these guys since they first opened. I can't say enouugh good things about them. Every time I thought my PC was DOA, they were able to fix it. If they can't fix it, it probably is not repairable. Great pricing, customer service and easy to work with. Lucky to have them in Chapin.

Great service! Very helpful and knowledgeable . BB told me to throw out my laptop and they repaired the screen and now it works like new. You have to be able to trust your computer guy and I trust these guys. Thanks!

Been using them for years and always had a good experience. They have repaired all my computers and several phones, and we absolutely won't go any place else. I just replaced my laptops hard drive with a solid state drive and it's unbelievable how much faster it is now. Thanks! Mike

Son took apple product there not only they could not fix but they can not find it so I'm out hundreds of dollars I will not recommend this place to no one they are ugly acting and not professional
