1. Did a lousy grading our lot. 2.. When they installed sod it was sloppy and lumpy. 3. Installed a beach area and never lined it with a pond liner. When it rained all the sand would wash out to the lake. We had to have the beach area removed or be penalized by the power company for putting sand in the lake. We paid as much money to have it removed and put sod in its place. 4. Planted palm trees in holes full of water and of course they died. 5. Installed a sprinkler irrigation system that was a disaster - it was obvious his people did not know what they were doing. After many complaints and them coming back - it was still not right. One year later we have just paid to have a new system put in that would cover everything. 6. Drain pipes for gutters have holes in them 7. NOW - Nimmer sod company has still not been paid for our sod and wants to put a lien on our house. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE CHAPMAN LANDSCAPING

This company took my money and did not do anything refuses to return my calls or email requests. Never allow them to taje your money. This gas been going on since August 2017
