The Women's Birth & Wellness Center is a family-centered maternity care center. It consists of multiple private and fully-equipped birth rooms with double beds and tubs for laboring and water births. The center provides physical examinations, prepregnancy counseling, gynecological treatment, breastfeeding support, postpartum home visit and laboratory services. It also offers consulting services for birth control, menopause and family planning. The Women's Birth & Wellness Center features a wellness boutique that provides a range of products manufactured by Medela, Ameda, Bravado, Ergo, Maya Wrap, Bum Genius, Motherease, Bella Band and Earth Mama Angel Baby. Its products include slings, carriers, cloth diapers and covers, wooden toys, gifts, books, organic goods and accessories. The center maintains a location in Chapel Hill, N.C., and is accredited by the American Association of Birth Centers.
