Well organized, and lovely staff. We had to return a kitten that turned out to have dysplasia. We could not care for him because all our cat things are on counters or high up due to our curious dog. When we returned him they happily and carefully took wrote down all the info we had to give them about this great cat, didn't guilt us for having to return him, and also put our money toward sponsoring him! Such a wonderful organization.
