It is the worst haircut I ever had in decades. I asked for a trim, not a lot, without changing the style of the hair I had. I came out very different. Unless you know exactly the length of the hair you want to cut on the front, back, and on the sides. Don't risk it.

I was embarrassed by how much time Carol took to fine-tune the cut until I was entirely happy, she was so generous with her time and effort, and she does great work, even for the hard-to-please! It's been a very long time since I've found a stylist who has done what I asked and worked with my needs
