We are new to the area and I came in for a jewelry repair. This piece of jewelry was very special to me as it was given to me by my 3 children. Mr. Grimball and his staff provided excellent service and were able to provide me with a resolution that exceeded my expectations.

We had my engagement ring custom-designed by Grimball Jewelers. The goldsmith worked with our design ideas and did a beautiful job; the ring is gorgeous! The customer service, however, leaves something to be desired. If we had not persistently called back, we would not have known when the model of the ring was ready, and the ring would have been cast without our approving the design. We were also not notified when the ring was finished and ready to be picked up. Three months later, we are still trying to get some of the paperwork straightened out. We had to have the ring re-sized twice because of a miscommunication; but they fixed their mistake for free and efficiently.
