I needed a few items tailored so decided to come here and try it out. A few pairs of pants that I needed taken in and a shirt I needed shortened. I had actually taken the pants to another cleaners before but I could barely tell the difference and they didn't offer to re-do the work. I was sure to clarify with the person who worked here - if I didn't like the fit they would re-do it no charge. I'm very satisfied and although I don't have much dry cleaning, I bring my occasional suits and blouses here.

Came here with a silk blouse that happens to be my wife's favorite. When we were on vacation in the Caribbean, it got soaked in salt water and had some grease stains on it. We pretty much assumed it was a goner but thought we would take a shot since we had nothing to lose. It did take two attempts, and the cleaners were nice enough to warn us about it and that they would try again at no charge. Thankfully the second time it was all gone and my wife couldn't be happier. We've gone back since and I've gotten some alterations done on pants being taken in and it's been great.

Took a suit with a manageable problem to this Tailor/Cleaner. Came back ruined. Visit, letter, phone calls ignored by owners.If you want the WORST cleaning and service in NC, run, don't walk, to Disaster.
