Mindy called me today, Wed, insulted me by accusing that I had talked from behind as if I did and terminates two scheduled appointments on Friday and Saturday abruptly.

I was shocked by the busy signals one by one on both my cell phone and land lines.
We have a Craiglist ads, and several people responded to the ads and one interviewed this afternoon, Wed; at the interview, we realized that interviewee is the temp that Mindy assigned for this Friday, and we never met this person before. She called the Mindy after the interview. And Mindy called me three times to different phone numbers to vent her heat accusing me talking to her stuff on back of her. As a result, she canceled the two appointments on the Friday and Saturday as a punishment abruptly.
I have to explained to her what happened and it was hard to have a chance to talk back. Afterwards, I texted asking her what I did wrong to make her so angry, I did not get a direct answer. Once she even admitted over the phone that my interview was "nothing related to" her, then why we are obliged to inform her any interview that we do with anyone that we never arranged through her, why should we suffer the accusation, the arrogance without a valid reason over the phone.
Mindy is sensitive and arrogant to deal with, she always think she is right without listening to you, she believes gossips more than client's voice. The unprofessional behavior could make us suffer a financial loss for these two abrupt cancellations.
Mindy always states that she has been in this business for so many years in every phone conversation, I do not know how many years she had treated her clients over the phone like that. If you do not want to tie you up from hiring new people, try to avoid dealing with her.
