A co-worker provided me the contact information for Chaparral Garage Doors, Inc. I called Mr. Raul Mendoza on a Sunday afternoon and asked for an estimate for a broken spring on my garage door, he told me that he would be sending a technician to check the door and give and estimate Monday around noon. The following day a technician, Mr. Ramon Mendoza, came to check the door and informed about the 2 pieces needed to be replaced to fix the problem and gave me a quote. 1 hour later he returned with the 2 new springs and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours and gave me a 2 years warranty. Both Mr. Raul Mendoza and his son Ramon Mendoza were very professional and honest. I am highly satisfied for the work done, the professionalism and excel customer service they provided. I will definitely recommend this company for any issues you might be having with your garage doors.

I contracted with Raul Mendoza the owner of Chaparral Garage doors back in Sept of 2016 and it's now May of 2017 and he still can't finish the details of the job. Week after week he will come up with what I know at this point are just different lies even going as far as having his wife lie for him on one call. He avoids both finishing the work and phone calls and texts. Should you need this type of work I suggest you do more research and find someone who will do and complete the job as he is not the one who will. His company is a prime example of why contractors have such s bad reputation. All said don't trust him . RG
