In creating the restaurant, they kept a few basic principles at its heart, the same principles they look for when they take their own families out for dinner: quality food, friendly service, and affordability. Located in Chantilly, MOCA Asian Bistro serves an assortment of fine sushi, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese dishes. The restaurant is on the small side but is always pleasant to go in and eat. The staff is knowledgable about the cuisine and attentive to the diners.
Take out orders are prepared quickly and are always delicious. They even remember to bag the hot and cold items separately to preserve the quality. They also provide a delivery service to nearby neighborhoods.
