Excellent customer service and very thorough and knowledgeable technicians.

Really happy I signed up for their service. Every technician has been super communicative and they are easy to get hold of too.

Tanner went above and beyond for this routine service. He found issues (such as an ants nest) I hadn’t noticed and took care of everything, (even bagging up a dead rabbit which definitely wasn’t in his job description!)

Always courteous and thorough. No pest issues since contracting with Aptive! Thumbs Up!

Aptive has provided pest services to us for several years. The service members have always been respectful of our property, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The numbers of pests has decreased over time.

The Aptive technician went beyond expectations during this recent visit by patiently treating my interior and doing a better than most at treating my home’s exterior.

I’ve told 3 different people that I’m done with them because my year is over and they said ok but continues to send people out to my house. I’ve tried calling the office for a week straight and I’m made to wait 15 mins or so every time just for it to say no one is available. Needless to say I’ve canceled my card and I’m not paying them anymore so they can come out all they want

Eric Osborne was the Tech. He explained everything very well. He talked to me about some of the bugs that were giving me a problem and what he could do to help resolve the problem. Very friendly and professional.

Stephen Smith was patient answering every question I had. He walked me around explaining everything and how it works. Exceptional service!!!

Robert Rohaley was very professional and friendly. Robert was very knowledgeable about the pests we were currently dealing with, a nest full of bald- faced hornets and yellow jackets in a different part of the property. He was able to successfully remove the hornet's nest hanging from a tree branch about 8 feet from our deck with no problems. I would highly recommend Robert Rohaley and the other two young men with Aptive Environmental that came with him who serviced our yard and exterior of our home.

Terrence was courteous, and very professional, he inspected the house and proceed to elaborate on what he will be doing, giving us advices on keeping the place bugs free and letting us know that he was a call away if things were not better.

James Tyree did a great job addressing the specific concern we were currently having. We use Aptive Environment regularly and are very happy with the service.

Had them for over a year. Great service. they come regularly and when we call. Terrence Crawley came by today and did an amazing job explaining his service today as well as what to keep an eye out for the winter. He deserves a bonus and a raise.

I've always received Very professional service. My most recent service was performed by Brandon Jefferson and I appreciated the time he took to understand my problem and discuss corrective measures. Great customer service.

Minhas Ejaz of Aptive came out today for a "quarterly service" visit. He explained to my wife what he was going to do and made her feel very comfortable. His professional demeanor and courtesy was appreciated. I highly recommend Minhas and Aptive to anyone in need of pest services.

Kevin Stoddard, my service tech, returned after 90 days to do his second visit. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I requested him after such a good first impression. He appears to work efficiently and methodically. I will see him again soon.
