For 2 weeks, there has been trash sitting waiting for ofs to pick it up. I've called a dozen times and they keep assuring me that the driver is running late and will be here.

Accepting money in advance and NOT providing the service is nothing less than THEFT!!

I have never had a worse experience with a company than I have with this one. You pay 3 months in advance for their services, and they don't deliver. When you call to tell them that they didn't pick up your trash, a woman named Rita answers. Rita will then tell you that you still owe them money, even though you have prepaid for services that did not receive. She will invent some convoluted story in which you paid cash to the driver of the garbage truck. And then just when you think you've reached the peak of crazy in this conversation, and attempt to explain to Rita that you did not pay your bill to the driver...SHE ADDS ONTO THE BILL. "Oh, well if you DIDN'T pay the driver of the garbage truck, then that's ANOTHER sixty dollars!"

Are you trolling us, Rita? Are we all subjects in the novel you're writing about the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE WORLD? If this is the case Rita, then truly you are a master. Stephen King could not have invented a character worse than you.
