I came in for a simple oil change and replacement wipe blade on 12/10/15. They broke my rear windshield wiper, handed it to me and still charged me for the blade! I called back and talked with the manager and he agreed he would order a replacement blade and put it on my car. I have called them every week for the last 7 weeks and I am still getting the run around. They have my wiper blade arm and the wiper. Every time I call they promise to call me back the next day and yet they never do. I was promised that it would be there to be put on my car by yesterday and YET AGAIN they have not called me.
