I have been to this nail salon numerous times over the last 2 years, seeing different manicurist, I have never had a problem. I saw Kim and she did an awesome job on the pedicure and shellac manicure. She asked me numerous times during the pedicure if I was doing okay. They just moved into a new building and it's one of the nicest salons I have been to.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I actually liked the pedicure. The girl who did my Gel nails was very unfriendly. She could've cared less about my name, or what I wanted. She was not very helpful at all , as this was the 2nd artificial nail job I have ever experienced, and I was pretty excited. The nails were put on very crooked and had very sharp edges. I asked her 2x if I could change the color and what type of remover to use? She said I could change the color and use acetone and alcohol(?) Yeah, if I want to soak the entire nail off. Guess what I found out the night before Easter, when I tried to change the color? It doesn't work!!! Not on Gel UV nails. Then today 3 nails fell completely off!! I thought gel nails lasted at least 3 weeks? So now what? Do I try to soak the rest off for 1/2 hour in acetone or go get my money back? I live really far away and will never waste my time at this place again. Terribly, unfriendly and unintelliglble staff.

This shop knows customer service. Not only do they learn what you like - they learn your name and treat you like a friend! It is completely worth the extra miles that I travel out of my way to be treated this way. I confidently give them the best review available!!

Very professional atmosphere. All of the workers actually know what they're doing. Go for the luxury pedicures, they're INCREDIBLE and totally worth it. (:
