If I could give a review with no stars I would. I have never had an order come out correct at this McDonalds. The manager always apologizes and gives me my money back but the experience I had on 10/13/15 has made it so I will never return. I have a son with food allergies, I asked them for 2 sausage patties as he has gluten and milk allergies. I got to his doctor appointment only to realize that they put cheese on the two sausage patties and charged me for full sandwiches versus two patties. I had to drive back to get my money back and talk to the manager. He said it was both their fault and mine because they needed more clarification. I had informed the person taking the order my son had food allergies and that I needed two sausage patties only. How much more clear could I have been? My 1 year old had to watch his 2 year old brother eat and wait an additional 2 hours himself to eat as time constraints made it impossible to get anything else until after his doctor appointment. I am still very upset and believe this is the worst McDonald'so I have ever been to. We have never had a good experience nor the correct food on the first try.

This is a great McDonald's. Very clean, and fast. Their employees are always friendly. Food is always fresh! Never had a bad order here!
