Tobacco Expo is the greatest smoke shop in Champaign Urbana and surrounding areas. Not only are they the friendliest they treat you like family and actually know everything about everything they sell and go out of their way to help you pick out the item you actually need and explain how to use it. Heath the boss there actually blew my mind one day going above and beyond in customer service and drove across town to me and saved my day by delivering a mod and bottle of e-juice. Check this out my car just broke down then someone crashed into it after I got it towed home. And I live in Gramercy park on the other side of town from Tobacco Expo my mod box broke and I ran out of E-juice all while having the mother of all nic-fits, so to avoid going to the gas station for a pack of Marlboros I made a terrible mistake on the worst day I’ve almost ever had and walked over to this other smoke shop and as soon as I walked in red flags went off immediately. The owner there is selling a bong with a 25mm quartz banger and a torch to a young lady who has no idea how to use it and is asking him how to while he very confidently grabs the torch and says heat it up for a few seconds then drop in your dabs and pull on the bong, bang your good to go and starts to ring her up. Me being the veteran extract connoisseur very politely interrupts the transaction by saying she has to have a carb cap for that or she will just waste her very expensive extract she is trying to enjoy. This fool of an owner immediately says no so and I say yes and he snaps back no so I ask him have you ever hit a dab and he says no, well I have she needs a carb cap and you actually sell a few different types for this banger so i pick her out the right one and explain to her how to properly use her new rig and she leaves happy. So I go over to the display cabinet to pick out a new mod box and e-juice ready to spend about 100$ and they are behind a sliding glass cabinet with no locks on it. Me knowing proper smoke shop etiquette ask the owner to open it and give me prices, he stays behind the counter and says go ahead and open it yourself they are all 50$ so I proceeded to do so, I picked up the first mod and have to remove my glasses to read the box and accidentally dropped my glasses on the ground so I picked them up and put them in my pocket and continue to read the box, and then all of the sudden I hear a quick shuffling and this fool owner is next to me Patting down my pockets, angrily accusing me of stealing asking me what I just put in my pocket. I actually stayed composed and politely told him I did not steal anything I simply was putting my glasses away so I could read the box. He then told me I’d been in his store to long get out and go down the road to that snake Heath's store. And I’m like OMG I wish I would have spent 30$ on an Uber to do so. At this point now I’m mad so I stand in front of his store call Tobacco Expo told them what just happened and ask him if I can buy a mod and e-juice over the phone and have my friend pick it up at 6:30. Heath tells me no problem but he closes at 6 so he would leave it with his friend next door that owns Active Wear, And I’m like cool thanks brother. So I started to walk home to ride out the shock of being falsely accused of stealing and fighting the urge to just buy cigarettes. I get home and my phone rings and its Heath from Tobacco Expo, He says meet me at Kentucky fried chicken brother and came in clutch and saved my day by bringing me a new mod and e-juice. I tried to buy him lunch but he modestly refused and said what are friends for. All I could do was thank him and my night actually got better. Like I said best customer service in town.

I started my adventure into vaping with an idea and no direction . Stopped in and the staff listened to what I tring to achieve and pointed me in the right direction. I have since evolved my idea and they have been there to help . It isn't often that you run into a a full staff of people that will listen to your needs and not try to over sale you with unwanted or unneeded products. It has most definitely been a 5 star ride so far and I will continue to send my money where it is appreciated. On a side note the HYDRA TEARS vap flavor was top notch.

These guys are extremely helpful if your trying to quit smoking or trying to smoke cheaper. What you want is more important than making a sale. I keep going back for my vape supplies and my sister is rolling her own.
