Fitness Center was established in 1977, and provides exercise equipment, group fitness classes, health programming and informational workshops in Champaign and Monticello, Ill. The clubs offers a wide variety of group exercise classes, such as aerobics, and dance, personal training, martial arts, and various physical and massage therapies. It also provides body age analysis to individuals and corporate groups. Fitness Center s cafeteria serves a wide range of soups, salads, sandwiches, and beverages, such as juices and low fat smoothies. It also provides specialized exercise programs to children. It has an indoor courtroom for games, such as squash, basketball, volleyball and tennis. The center offers a wide range of membership options, and also provides special semester passes for students residing in Illinois.
