My gold chained necklace stretched 1 1/2 ". The asst Mgr. said he would not replace it until it stretched 5-6" (or down to by belly button!) As it is..you can't see it unless I'm wearing a plunging neckline! Why should this be such a hassle? Their suggestion was to mutilate my chain by cutting it off. NOT!!!!!
