We had a horrible experience with Heath Vaughn Funeral home. The owner was incredibly rude to my mother who just lost her husband of 60 years. As if we weren't grieving enough already they added to our stress. It was so horrible we actually had to move my father to another funeral home to assure he was treated with the respect he deserved. My father is a 30 year military veteran and deserved better treatment. I would not recommended this funeral home to anyone.
