This place is great, and the people are amazing!



I had never done any kind of martial arts before, and was a little intimidated to go in at first. But as soon as I did, I wish I had gone sooner. Josh made me feel right at home, and everyone else was so helpful and friendly. Its a great environment to workout and learn in. It also helps that Brazilian jiu jitsu is a lot of fun!! Highly recommend this place.
