I contacted this shop about getting new door seal for my garage door, and was told to cut off a section and drop it off in the morning, I did as I was asked, and had it in by 715 am, I was told you will get a phone call or text to let you know if you have it. After 3 follow up calls and no idea and then on the third while talking to a lady she just put me on hold in the middle if my sentence and transferred me to another lady in the office that was not overly helpful, and not the most polite. I have since ordered what I needed else where.
