If I could give them zero stars then I would because one star is being too generous. Let's see where to start, they currently have my car now. They have had it for over a month. When I first dropped the car off they told me it would take 7-10 business days to repair. Well it's been over a month. The owner keeps telling me everyday "it'll be ready by Tuesday. No later. " of course Tuesday rolls around, no car. He then tells me "no later than Friday. " still no car. This has been continuing for 2-3 weeks now. Of course I am frustrated because I do not have my car. I call each day that he says it will be ready. It's now gotten to the point of him hanging up the phone in my face. He continues to tell me that he's sorry for giving the wrong dates but these are just estimates. 2-3 weeks is a big difference. I would have not been so upset if he would not tell me "we have everything covered. You're getting it done this Friday" then I walk in on Friday to my car looking the EXACT same as it did a month ago. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your car to this repair shop. Avoid at all costs! Fix the car in your own garage or backyard and look up YouTube videos before you take it here.

They did a terrible job!! They had my car for over a month for minor damages. Placed the emblem on upside down and then argued that it was not upside down. When they replaced the windshield they ripped the interior cloth. They left a mess, tools, and trash inside the car. And had the worst customer service. There is a host of other things they did but just thinking about it makes me so upset. Please don't use this body shop!!!

They gave an accurate quote over the phone. I dropped my car off for minor auto body repair at noon and had it back by 8:30 am the next day. Everything looks great and operates wonderfully! The staff was very nice and professional.



Best of all - they were priced much lower than Classic Collision and other Auto Body Repair places that gave me quotes.
