Hensons automobile body repairing and painting should be a part time business. The property is in a residential zoned area. The business paints commercial equipment on a weekly basis. Paint fumes and sandblasting dust cross the property line continually. The owner does not reside on the property. The back of the property is packed with trash and debris and used sandblasting sand is spread out on the ground.
