My girlfriend took her car here in order to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. The cost was very good, and they were helpful at the time.Shortly thereafter however, her car began to overheat repeatedly. Another visit to Expert Tire yielded the advice that we order a replacement engine fan, but the car would be driveable in the meantime. Not owning more than one car, we were left without any other options.The overheating that took place damaged the radiator ($115 replacement), transmission ($1600 replacement), thermostat (done for free by another mechanic out of sympathy) and who knows how many other problems. After badgering, Expert Tire did pay to have the car towed to another mechanic very far away, which was the right thing to do, but not before quoting us $3200 to fix the damage that they claim could not have been caused by the faulty work/advice they had offered.
