they are awful. rude and not caring. They removed my ground cover and planted seed in a part of my lawn? They tried to remove my tree but I was home. Now they were removing 2 very large common ground trees with my car parked next to it. Told me they don't have time to knock at my door. They spay so you also have no grass only very sick dogs . They did our front island and now it looks bare . A 10 year old can plan a better island.

We just had 1.5 inches of rain last night. As I write, Total Turf's non-English speaking employees are riding around on much-too-large mowing equipment like COWBOYS - every divit & turn they make is ripping up huge areas of our rain-soaked lawn, leaving us with a TOTAL MESS, not turf. They do this all the time - I have to purchase seed every year, in hopes of repairing our lawn that they've ruined - and every year, they succeed in making it look like swiss cheese. Total Turf is the worst. I'm sure they have schedules to stay on and profits to make, but wouldn't you think customer satisfaction - and a better product - would be more important to a business in the long run?
