I went into this store for one of their sales they do every once in a while. The owner was on the premises and was very rude. Not only to me, a customer, but to her employees. She has a general rudeness in her tone and her facial expressions. I was going to spend a lot of money in her studio turned retail location, but decided to take my business elsewhere due to her rudeness and inability to answer any of my questions. On top of this, I find out later that she fires EVERYONE on her "staff." No one works there longer than a year! How can your product be consistent when none of your employees are! And besides that, similar designs are around for 1/3 of the price. What a waste of time and money. Stay clear of this product.
