Went to go tanning yesterday and they cancelled a membership without telling me. They said I sent in a letter to cancel, but I never did. THEY REFUSE TO LET ME SEE THE LETTER!!!! MANAGER WAS NO HELP AND SHE SAYS I CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF CORPORATE! what kind of BS is that? I have tanned there for couple of years! Soooo irritated!!!!!
