Mother's Day plant scheduled for delivery on Saturday was not delivered until Monday around 5:00pm. Received call at that time saying, "We have a bad address." The address was not wrong. (And sender indicated that house description was included with order - the only house of that color on the block.....) House is clearly marked. Clear and correct on Google Maps, Zillow, and county maps database. Right in the city.....not down some isolated country road. They simply made no effort. No apology, either. I'm pretty sure it was the owner that made the delivery and I don't think he cared at all. Sad. I love the plant, even though one of the primary leaves was bent and broken on delivery.
