What an awesome store! Best boot selection!

****BUYER BEWARE***** My daughter went in and bought a pair of $274.00 boots there and brought them straight to my work in the box. I had purchased her a pair already for her 18th birthday so I told her and told her I would take them back. I went directly back to the store after work and the girl working behind the counter asked why I was taking them back and I explained the situation. She was also the seller of the boots. She took them out and said they had been worn, they clearly had not been worn, there was no time to be worn and so I asked to speak to the manager. After standing there for 15 minutes, she came back and told me that the manager was on her way out and could not talk to me. I said so what do I do and she said sorry but there is nothing we can do. We have been shopping there for years and love the clothing and quality. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager, Rachel got on the phone and was very rude. She told me that the boots were worn, I explained that see had not seen them and to a least see them first, she said bring them in and she would charge a restocking fee. Rachel proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. I called Dick Baker the owner twice because I also run a small business and would like to keep my business local. He has not called back. These exact boots are sold on Amazon for $174.00 but because we shop local we did. My husband took them in, I decided that I would step out so that Rachel could stay calm through the process. The gal said right when my husband came in that they will take them back but there is a 20% restocking fee. These boots had never been worn. So my advice is check amazon. They take their boots back no questions asked, they are friendly and they love to work with their customers. This is so sad because I am all about supporting the small business. My daughter is stuck with a pair of boots that are $274.00 or loose 20% and they get the boots and the soles of these boots are honestly as clean as they get.

It looks like it needs a little bit more improving

It is hard to find personal service with people that are willing to help and go that extra mile. I wanted a pair of boots and she made sure I was able to get them by my deadline. Will recommend them to all my friends and use them again.
