Cascadia Home Inspections is a locally owned and professional home inspection service based out of Centralia, WA.  My name is Luc V Lamarche.  As a home inspector, I am certified by The American Home Inspector’s Training Institute and licensed by the State of Washington (#681).  I am also licensed by the WSDA as a Structural Pest Inspector (#80733).  These qualifications plus 6 years of experience as a civil engineer, building contractor, and carpenter are applied to creating a professional and dependable service for every client.I understand that buying and selling a home is a major investment of time and resources for all parties involved.  The services that Cascadia Home Inspections provide ensure that the home inspection will be an informative and valuable step in the process.As a client of Cascadia Home inspections, you will enjoy knowing that the inspection is being performed professionally utilizing a WA State set Standard of Practice and not by a homemade checklist.
