I just found another scratch on my wood floor when a dogs bed were moved!!! Wow - they used dirty rags that made my wallpaper filthy, they cleaned only two out of the three bathrooms, only some of my windows and blinds were cleaned to name a few. Then tried to charge me for the full cleaning. The owner Bonnie was rude to me when I told her about the damage in our house by her worker. I was told that they would not pay for any damage nor will they give us a copy of their General Liability Insurance...

same company as the one with phone number 541.476.6726 and 541.664.9111. Owner Bonnie is not an honest women with integrity - she said she will not pay for the damage to our floor that was done by her staff.

I hired this company to clean my rental house. I had already left the Medford area and moved to Portland. I paid the company almost $400 to clean the house for my renters and have it ready for them. Because I moved so far away and had to begin work, I could not inspect the house until the weekend before my renters moved in. When I did inspect the house it was a disaster. There were mop fibers all over the house, light fixtures had been taken down and not put back up, the washer, drier, and oven had not been cleaned as promised. The windows were covered in dirt spots. And this is just the beginning. We spent 8 hours trying to clean it up so that my renters wouldn't move into a filthy house. My neighbor told me that the 2 person cleaning crew was only at the house for about 2 hours. I tried about 8 times over the following 5 months to get some of my money back but they never returned my calls and I just gave up. I feel so cheated! I do not recommend this company to anyone!
