Went to Central City Ky Walmart to get oil changed and tires rotated. Waited at the desk for at least 20 minutes before I could get anyone to wait on me. A worker had to call on the intercom to get someone to come to the department. Got checked in a 1:11 pm and service was completed at 3:03 pm. Way too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
