If I could give less than one star, I would. Mr. Bates treats you as if you are inconsequential and your time is of little importance to a man of his stature. He charges a lot to actually do very little. If you ever find yourself lucky enough to actually have a conversation with the man to whom you just gave thousands of dollars, you'll leave it feeling worse than you did when you started. I wouldn't recommend him to represent my neighbor's dog.
